My employer does monitor social media. Not too sure about this forum, but I wouldn’t be surprised. Therefore, my comments are always neutral to positive, sometimes even honest.

Well you don't need a super duper top secret security clearance to join this forum, Nor a TWIC, or even a CDL, heck...not even a drivers license. I think there is something called "Freedom of Speech" in this country.... But, if all a poster is here to do is moan and groan, slander and berate his current employer.... quite possibly start typing applications up instead of typing negative posts.Last edited by a moderator: Jun 29, 2018

I know some companies monitor this site, and its good they do so they can see what drivers think about them and where they stand. Maybe they can and probably do discuss some of what is said about them in their board meetings-but again, maybe they hear/read and don't care.

They can monitor this.

Someone in HR wouldn’t have to edit a post for spelling errors. LOLMaj. Jackhole Thanks this. -
The modern problem is with morals. You have companies spending millions to find the most efficient way to manipulate people into certain opinions and it's scary. New techniques to artificially change your mind with words instead of actions are implimented all the time. There's freedom in free access, but also inherent dangers that aren't easily countered. How is it you know anything you read online is real or true?Lav-25, Numbnuts69, 28 and 1 other person Thank this.
