    Sorry I didn't see this earlier.

    I assume you'll be coming up the I294 and hitting the US-12 to get to Spring Grove.

    Worst times to be on the I294 northbound are 7am to 10am. Best time to cruise through is before 6am or around lunch. Traffic starts to build southbound around 2:30 pm in the afternoon. You really don't want to be on the I294 at any point between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. Gets jammed.

    If you are looking to be there super early and won't be oversize, cruising up through downtown at 4:30am on the I90 is a very nice drive and faster coming out of Lake Station, IN than the I294.

    I know that's right! I've run West by golly a good bit. My favorite road is 33 going to Elkins. First road I ever drove an actual tractor trailer in the snow. Good times! I guess if your gonna do it might as well jump right in!! Never been to Nebraska.

    My boss has me haulin a hydraulic pile driver thing to Jacksonville, Fl. I'll be delivering Fri morning and unless I get lucky, I doubt there's any way I get a load out of there Friday.
