I was an O/O for about a year with a locally based marketing company out of Duluth Ga. It would seem like i jumped in at the wrong time as the company was unable to renew their contract and we were all let go. However im pretty much decided on coming back into the business but im kinda looking for company that requires Owner operators for their daily operations that pays reasonably well. I'm needing any info, whether it be Box trucks flat beds, 18 wheelers tractor trailer CDL/NON CDL
    Thanks!

I'm leased on with Mercer Transportation out of Louisville, KY. I have no plans to go anywhere else. Not even entertaining the idea of going elsewhere. Mercer is primarily known for flat/step but has a growing dry van division. And from what I see on the load board, some reefer and RGN trucks too.

    Definitely worth a look, IMO.

And you can be from just about anywhere. Have drivers from Canada signed on. Or did.

You make no sense, you were an O/O but then you were let go?

I can't say with any certainty. I've never felt the need to look elsewhere for a load.

Lots of folks say that. But if there can loads are bad, I would like 5he option to go elsewhere to search. But thanks
