    Don't you need permits and a route plan to move one of those?

    Would the name of the responsible party or parties be on said permit?

    Of course this could be a case of outlaw "felony house movement".

    Or a prank by one of those wacky U of Delaware frats......

    Yeah. Like " It's a bumper pull trailer. I can pull it with my F150".
    I saw a guy try that with a short- around 40 ft- mobile home once. He was actually doing pretty good until the light changed and he tried to stop. Not.

    Looks like it buckled near that door. Somebody probably went "Well it's wasted."
    So it was abandoned in place.
