Rear ended a mini van

Ok... the fact that so many are taking this thread seriously makes me wonder about the reading comprehension skills of some of us drivers...

 

I remember that and the head of our safety department even came to the terminal and explain how they were doing it. As a result of tricks like this and others the company has installed cameras in the cab that face forward and at the driver. They come on instantly when the brakes are hit hard. So far I haven't heard any drivers complain about them which I thought they would but it protects them too.

Sorry but I do believe that this driver is at fault and following too close. He should have anticipated the exact scenario especially with the bad conditions. Don't get me wrong here I could have been in his shoes many times but just like the old saying goes live and learn. I would be very surprised if he keeps his job. I'm sure the dwarf or little person (midget is an insult, so I'm told) has already contacted a lawyer. If not I'd write him a letter apologizing without admitting any guilt for his trouble. However, we don't know if the police were called and this driver got a ticket. If not then there's a good chance nothing will happen and he can count his lucky stars. I bet he'll never have another accident like this if he's serious about driving.

 

Grumpy's Lawyer is Happy. and the only one that the Driver can get is Dopey. So he is out of luck. There is no happily ever after here cept for Happy. He'll get the truck. the Insurance money, and all, Grumpy will get his van fixed.... But the driver will look like the one who gave the Poisen Apple...... LOL

 

Snow White will end up with all of the money, probably run off with the lawyer, and leave the boys feeling 2 feet tall. The guy that hit them will have nightmares for years, probably have to get a job at the theme park as one of those cartoon characters. Specially since he will most likely be fired for not paying attention and daydreaming on the job.
