    Yes, they are still working on I-10 in Phoenix. I went through it yesterday. The work may not technically be on I-10,but they are building a huge new interchange over I-10 and it affects I-10 traffic.

    That's loop 202 by pass so people can go around our fair city and continue eastward.

    Going east on I-10 in the morning is very difficult during sun rise. Even sun glasses didnt help.
