    An affordable house on a fixed 15 year note. 30 year mortgages with adjustable rate is just a way for a poor man to keep himself poor.
    Housing should cost no more than 25%of your take home income. Anything more and it cuts to deep into savings and retirement.

    Your tree is about 15 to 17 feet now. It produced seed pods. One pod has like 10 seeds. Do you want some of them?

    I'm no botanist so I don't know how the genetics works. Your tree is the only one that produced thorns. And I mean they are like sewing needles, only much sharper. But it came from the parent tree which is a hybrid without thorns, and the others don't have thorns.

    Well it wouldn't be that tall if you would have been like a Bushido trucker, and trimmed and tamed it.
    You probably could have gotten some song birds for it as well.
