Small cut near sidewall

    Noticed a small cut on my sidewall when I did a post trip today. Wasn't there a few hours previously. Should I worry about it?
    Posted a pic to this thread. I'm a new driver so don't mind the noob question.

    Ah I see I never knew it was a recap thing. Imagine how stupid I would of looked going into a shop asking what that was. Thanks for the input.
