Isn't waking up a driver interrupting his 10 and sleep more dangerous than 'inspecting' their vehicle for revenue? Scumbag pigs.

You want to do an inspection than get me at the scales or do it on the side of the #### road.DSK333 and Socal Xpress Thank this. -
Let's all just refuse any and all loads anywhere and everywhere in Ohio; that'll give Ohio law enforcement a quick lesson in sensativity training.
OOIDA is constantly drilling the 'State Troopers are all Brave Heroes' thing to us from one 'Landline' issue to another.
Let's make sure they stay that way. -
I find Ohio to always be sticklers but never had a problem. Similar to Michigan and a lesser extent Virginia, stay out of the rest areas and you lessen your chances of a random inspection by a wide margin. Few months ago I passed a CMV enforcement officer sitting in the middle looking at my side while running the 3rd lane out of Columbus. I started working my way over fully expecting a driving award but he never even pulled out. Couldn’t believe it

Went thru Ohio today , sure they are everywhere. OSP and DOT boys, pulling trucks over on the shoulder while traffic is zipping by at 70 mph. Very smart and safe ... Stopping at the rest area in Ohio with the truck you are asking for trouble. They sit there all the time. Especially one north of Cincinnati on 75. I would rather piss my pants than stop in that rest area. I breathe easier when I cross into KY
DSK333 Thanks this. -
Stay off the ramps and you won't get woke up. Pretty simple concept.

Since 78, I've never, ever witnessed DOT bothering a driver in a spot in a truckstop or rest area. Never, not once. Prove me wrong with facts, not lunch counter or faceplace BS.
