That brings back memories. My granddad had an old Dodge pickup, 69-70 model. It had a 6 cylinder and 3 on the tree. I would try to speed shift it and hang the gears up, have to pull over raise the hood and un hang them. Fun times.

When did the doors switch over to the drop at the front? I do like the flat dash over the newer ones though.

You might know. What was the first year for those daylight doors on KW’s? -
Somewhere around 95-96 ish. My truck is a 2000 and you could order either style door. Mine has the old style with the cozy wing.They discontinued the daylight doors for awhile but brought them back somewhere around 04.

The Daylite doors were early 90’s, you can still get the “old style” door with the wing window.
