F63 fuse. If both dump and fifth-wheel not work i would check that fuse first

If not fuse then solenoid switch down by transmission. There is a row of 4 or 5 also engine fan on the same bank of solenoids. I had to replace the whole row of them when my suspension dump quit and fan clutch operation was erratic last year on my '04
