Great to hear you are running some good miles, hope being solo I to can put some good numbers down the highway. Is JCT good about given you a preplan or is there alot of sitting and waiting on the next load? Also how was the road test, I have been driving an auto for the past 18months and hope I still know how to shift. Someone had said that they have volvo's now also, was that true when you two went to orientation and did you see any new pro stars?

 

What is their policy on taking the truck home during home time?

You are not a IC if you lease to anyone or for that matter a lease purchase.

Idependent Contractors run under there own Operating Authority and usually get there own cust. base.

You are a lease purchase operator with a buy out at the end.

 

LMB what is the road test like?

 

Actually, by tax code you would be an independent contractor.
