    The food service company i started with was at 2.91 a mi but I'm sure that had to be the office and warehouse included

    Thanks 4 all the info...The older trucks r overpriced...But they don't have all the electronics n emissions to deal with...There is some reasonable deals on older trucks but they're hard to find...

    The south is your friend. Not all but most older trucks up north have lots of rust on them. The 93 and 99 macks both came from Dallas tx and were pretty clean for the age. The 99 never left the south it literally has no rust. Paid 26.5k

    What's the ballpark average mileage that an old Mack Engine will run...will they go 1,000,000

    If your still looking for cpm. Go to truck miles dot com. Run a trip, at the bottom it will ask for your cpm. (It does this in order to tell you if load is profitable or not.) If you do not know your cpm. It asks a few questions and tells you what it is.
