Who hiring in PA

My guess is everybody in PA is hiring but most just gave up on advertising in help wanted. Just walk into any company and tell them you are a CDL driver and I am pretty sure someone quit their job this week.

 

Anybody hiring a team driver in PA?

 

The local terminal (outside Philly) has an ad for dock workers.

 

There aren't many jobs out like there were just 4 or 5 months ago. On the roads I'm only seeing companies with dedicated like roadway, yellow, fed ex, ups. I'm seeing a lot of duallies out pulling cars but not many trucks out. And truck stops are half to three quarters full at 11am (which is not normal) The economy is bad and its January, a double whammy for truckers. It seems like tankers and other hazmat stuff are running too. I just don't think there are a lot of jobs out there.

Those places in Philly that I said were in the industrial park.....84th St. turn down Calcorn and then down 84th and turn down primos. I was in the area yesterday and a driver for BAX said they were hiring as well as several others in the park. He said it's hard to get class a drivers in philly because soo many are scarred of the city driving. Check em out .
