Saw this car hauler at the Jamboree in Walcott IA this afternoon. Pretty cool looking rig.

I have the bridge about a foot out for 148's, to put the front in the drop pockets. You could come an couple inches forward from there, but don't know if you'd get enough to get in on the deck.
The other thing, I don't like carrying anything where the cylinder is carrying all the weight. Can't even use the first few pin holes on the back of #2, it will strip the holes. Not a problem with those low roofs, I just raise them a bit, but you have to be all the way down to make height with the tall ones.BigBob410 Thanks this. -
They are Mercedes vans.Tropsnart Thanks this.

Saw that one working in Cottage Grove. A little much for my taste, but they did an awesome job on it.BigBob410 Thanks this.

Bobby and I were loading Honda's one morning. I was running late and the rule at our yard was if your load wasn't off the ground you couldn't dispatch. He backed one in the belly and we forgot to set the pins and a hydraulic line burst! The upper deck came down on the car he was backing in! I will never in my life forget the look on his face!!!! I've never loaded a car since then without setting my deck pins!!!Banker Thanks this.

I saw this rig at the truck show in Louisville. The owner really did a nice job on it.

Not an everyday sight leaving the house. I can only hope he loads it on the back bottom deck to shield the car from the falling branches on his way out.
