Can someone tell me why we got such a bad deal on these Internationals? All the ones we ordered and got now have to have a new rear-end put on, they installed the wrong ones! We got screwed by International the first time and now again....you'd think someone would finally tell them NO!

That's just a company fuel saver parameter in the ecm. Retune the ecm for no Governor, and 2,200 rpm max. Or maybe you should use the next lower gear for that truck, until you reflash ecm.
