See, I don't have that. It takes me forever to go to sleep at night.

During the say it's day light and I want to be doing things, so a nap don't enter my mind.

Now my husband, can lay down and hes out in a matter of seconds.

    NOT ME>>>> :biggrin_2552:

Depending on how I started the day.... generally I like to stop at around 3PM and nap for 90 minutes. When I do this, pushing through til the following morning is easy. I can go into a deep sleep and awake totally refeshed. I listen to "Spa" Radio on XM to help relax me. Doing so clears my mind and falling off is much easier. I turn the CB and phone off and set the alarm clock.

On the other side of the coin, when I hit the delivery points, I sleep a full 8-10 hours before the flip trip begins.Still utilizing Spa Radio.

I don't normally nap during the day unless I am sick or had a rough night sleeping. To get to sleep at night, I usually read for awhile. Nothing puts me to sleep quicker than reading!

I try to take a nap every day, but since I've become addicted to The Truckers Report, I've missed a few.
A nap just kinda refreshes me. When I drive, a nap or that not quite asleep state is just what I need. Anyway, they told me that old people should rest so that's what I do. "They" is always right.

I like my power naps when I can get then, they are short and restful. Just 15 to 20 minutes and I am back and ready again. I dont always get to take them but when I do I treasure them. Learned how to nap when the kids were alot younger

We should instigate the 10 min power nap rule if you can't add 2 + 2 and come up with 4 then a power nap is needed, gosh did I really say that, most of the guys I know would never turn a wheel.

Nope didnt burn anything down, you have to get close to the stove to do that. Opening chip bags wont cause a fire...

I generally don't nap unless I've had less than 6 hrs of sleep. Then an hour of napping is really refreshing. Otherwise I've found that getting out and exercising is a good way to shake off that afternoon slumber.
