I’d have one of those HotStuf pizza riding shotgun, albeit for half a mile or so. Those things hit the spot. Be safe Tug.

I am always surprised when I see a tanker with super singles, besides the damage they do when they blowout, the potential to burn always concerned me, along with load shift being liquid. I only hauled tankers with duals, so what do I know?

I hate them (super singles). It's a brand new trailer and it's very nice and light weight. They gave me this and I'm grateful, but I HATE super singles.

Im supposed to swap out for a 2015 Etnyre with duals soon. It's a nice trailer too, so I'd rather have it.

Only pulled a few vans with super singles. Hate how they get in the grooves of the roads, and that if they blowout you are stuck without a chain and a come along. I won’t ever own any if I have my own equipment.

I agree. I dont feel like the weight savings is worth the hassle.

A new super single out on the road is around a grand. Alot of the time it ruins the rim too....so theres another 3 or 4 hundred. Plus road call and whatever other damage you end up with.

    No thanks

The fact that we... a company that will do literally anything to save a buck or two... have gone back to duals on our new tractors says a lot.

I’ve heard the horror stories of a SS popping and taking the deck with it. Thank god that never happened to me.

Availability. Pricing. Possibly a new rim. It isn’t worth it for the weight savings... imo.

They never gave me any issues... I got stuck twice but I can’t say if it was the super singles fault when it’s a 6x2 with a “locking diff.” You can get our trucks stuck on a fracking banana peel...

My current location is a strange reality where my fate is dictated by salesmen who write checks their butts can't cash, because actually looking at the truck schedule is hard.

I'll be firing up my cloning machine tonight and bringing my evil twin to work tomorrow.
