You will definitely need to get a lawyer to draw up a contract for you. If you google one and write up your own without fully understanding the rules, regulations, and laws for leasing out commercial vehicles you can be setting yourself up for a potential lawsuit down the road. Best to pay for the professional to do things so you cover your behind.

The only advice I can give you is this, you may want to really rethink what are about to get your self in, and I am not trying to be funny, so you must understand that the big fish already control the market, like Ryder-Penske- transforce - DHL- FedEx-ups- the list goes on, know if you guys don't even know how to get a contract done, you think can take on those kind of big fish, you and your partner will be like a lease driver who never read the contract, then come here and ask us what was in a contract none of us there him, I am not against because I have a lease truck, but I know what I was getting my self into, that is why 2 years later I am working at the same place with the same lease truck that I can take with whenever I decided to leave, 90% cannot take there truck with them,
