Oh wow. This is really news. Except for a lot of people south of the border. Down there, they call it one of them there see-Esters. Now I've seen a lot of Esters in my time. They always make me feel better. And like others here, I seem to be able to take a "cat nap" at the drop of a hat.
Uh pat, I think the term for napping while in the state of "being loaded" is usually referred to as "passed out."
(Sorry 'bout that. Just couldn't help myself.)
Ditto on losing nap time to The Truckers Report. And being able to take a good nap without catching heck for it is a real benefit of being an "old people!"Not to mention those "senior discounts!"

I used to be the queen of the 20 -40 minute power nap. Not everyone can do it but I always woke up energized and ready to roll.

There is actually a sublimeal CD for power naps! According to a friend of mine who uses it, it does work. You wake up really fresh and ready to go after you take a short nap while listening to it. She did say you couldnt drive and listen to it... DUH Just imagine how much time you could save if you could drive and listen LOL
