Ok, so it's not like Conway (now XPO) where there's loose freight that has to be hand-loaded? There's enough forklifts for everyone or do the low guys have to wait for one?

There’s the occasional light bulky boxes but I would say 98% is on pallets. I’ve never had a problem getting a forklift. Sometimes if I get to a hub late it may take a minutiae or 2 to find one but it’s not like XPO. What area of the country are you in?

I agree with digman943. I just started working at fedex freight, hubby works at abs freight. Its so nice for me to work in a decent place, where people are nice, friendly and helpful. 98% of the freight is on pallets and I think I have carried one box in the past two weeks. There are always forklifts available.

What's up guys, I've already went through the road and drug test which was about a week ago. Everything went good, but I was wondering if anyone would know when they would call with a start date. I'm at UPS Freght now and it absolutely sucks, well not absolutely lol. The job is crazy easy, but they start at a way lower rate and I'm only getting 30 to 35 hours a week. Any info is greatly appreciated.

If you went through all that then you should be able to get a job. Unless your drug test comes positive. Why don't you call them and ask. Are you in call at UPSF and have to be avsilable to work 7 days a week?
