We all know they (Ohio State Police) are biased when it comes to truck speed. Split speed is not about safety, it is all about the ability to empty the pockets of truckers across America... Why else would they patrol the first and last miles of all interstates. It is because that is where every one is ready to leave the state, or still trying to adjust to the slower speed... Safety my rear...:biggrin_25512:

I just get a kick out of people whinning about ohio...:yes2557:
Maybe I'm lucky or its the fact that I have an Ohio tag but I don't get bothered and I run 62-65mph. Not all the time but alot of the time. I also run the same areas so I'm sure that helps.

As for Ohio picking on trucks....thats just bull! I've seen more cars pulled over than trucks. They have their days where they single out trucks, but they also have their days where they do the same to cars!

Anywhere across 30 you have to watch but on the interstates it isn't so bad. If you're going across 30 and its busy you can run alittle over but I wouldn't push it to far.

I run 62 all day long in Ohio. I have never been bothered. I deal with OSP quite abit and I have been told as you stay under 10mph over you will be fine.
