hey guys I’m clinton and am working on a 2012 international pro star, everything was fine yesterday and this morning we went turn the key on and the right side of the cluster is not working properly, the needles jiggle but do not go through there motion, they all stay at 8 o’clock, volts, fuel and both air gauges. The oil temp, oil pressure and rpm gauges work fine, the electric windows don’t work now and the horn or air horn on the steering wheel don’t work either. Electrical fault is showing up on the dash. The check engine light flashes 4 times and then goes away every time you turn the key on. Anyone dealt with this before?

Check the main power cable to the body controller. It goes from the mega fuses on the fire wall to the top of the body controller to the left of the clutch pedal. Make sure you didn't blow a mega fuse and that you have good power to the body controller.
-
Which one is the main power cable? There is two power cable in the center of the cluster module? And how do I check the mega fuse?

My prostar was doing the same thing millions of issues and faults tripping gauges lights etc after thousands in parts suggested by international. I replaced everything last option was wiring so they replaced the whole wire harness and never had an issue again until I got rid of it.
Cmays0909 Thanks this. -
Now the power mirrors aren’t working, and when I pull out the fuse for the power mirrors the abs light, check engine light and traction controls light come on on the cluster

The main power cable for the body controller is the red cable that goes through the firewall by itself above the big white connector.
-
Might also have a main ignition relay not working, but those gauges that are not working are feed data from the body controller.

It has 12 volts, somehow the fuse panel for the power mirrors and windows ohms out with one of the plus for the cluster. Top right plug if look over the top of the cluster. Three terminals in that plug ohm to the power mirror and window slots for the fuse panel. When we pull out the power mirror circuit breaker the abs, traction control and check engine light come on on the dash, when we put the circuit break back in they go off
