That’s a great idea my wife’s Honda Odyssey has a built in vacuum. Honda calls it the Honda vac.

Yes, i have one in my rv truck, it is just a small (Mini) craftsman shop vac under the bunk and it is piped with PVC to two outlets, one behind the passenger seat and one on the other side of the bunk. The exhaust points out the vent on the little sleeper door and to clean it, the hoses come right off and it comes out the door. I got tired of having to pull it out of the closet every time I used it. I have the hose in the closet, the switch for it is above the fridge and it works well.

A few companies do make a system to RV’s. Not sure what it would cost for one.
