    The personnel that treated the family like doggie doo doo no longer exist at SRT. Yes once it hit the internet & news media. It sent very strong signals. Something like that is very hard for a company to recover from. As for your question about a heart attack while no cell signal.. to dial 911.. Qualcomm is your next option as SRT tracks their trucks within 50 yards. If the truck is not moving SRT will send a Qualcomm message driver will get notification are you all right. If a driver does not reply they will send the Police or EMS.

    That's your opinion 1st Amendment right! Every driver knows how cell phone service can be if you're in trouble and you're truck is not moving what do you do to communicate with your company! Qualcomm is the only choice that you have!

    Can you answer the question? You recently went through orientation with this company. Were you provided a signed copy of the policy? Who signed the policy letter?

    If I have no signal on my phone and I have an emergency I use my emergency macro. This message goes to everyone in the company. The owner of the company will see the message. If someone is on duty and they fail to respond in an appropriate amount of time they are removed from the property.

    It is a comfortable feeling knowing I have the communication and the company owner is involved.
    This company is having bad publicity and the information you provided today is only a publicity stunt. It is good that you are able to provide assistance in the recovery process.

    If it was me I would never go near that company. I am always criticized for not compromising my code of ethics. Today I can see the difference. Your code of ethics is to deal with something you had nothing to do with. Maybe it is time to schedule a lobotomy but I think this is cool.
