A 1960 Peterbilt 281. Careful though, might make ya do crazy things

My favorite is an extended hood w900A with 6 inch straights on 24.5 tall rubber with a 60 inch flattop or aerodyne. Next would be the 359 similiarly equipped and then a 379. Of course the motor would be a 3406b and the tranny would be a 13 or 15 speed. Let's not forget the chicken wing on top if it is a flattop. Trucks went wrong when they started sloping the hood, and the ugliest truck is a tie between the T2000, the Cascadia, and the Lonestar.

Shogun, I agree with ya on the exhood W900a, it will always be my favorite. Although a needlenose with a butterfly hood would be a close second.
How come nobody has mentioned any bullnose cabovers, emeryvilles, or a Mack LTL? -
Pre- 1981 W-900A or Fatcab peterbilts of any year. Also am partial to Emervilles,Transtars and older International hoods.
There are so many UGLY trucks out there now I can`t narrow it down to one.
Best looking new age truck to me has gotta be the Lonestar.I can visualize a super cool truck, now all I have to do is visualize the money.lol -
I forgot about the needle nose Petes. Those are awesome looking trucks. I love the 110 inch cabover Petes and k100's too. The International 4370 conventional was a good looking truck, and I will always have a special place for my dad's first truck, a Transtar II with a 290 cummins and a 10 speed. It had the exhaust on the left and the air cleaner intake pipe on the right, an old schneider truck I believe.

love those old FORD LTL 9000

The Autocar and Hayes were real work trucks, but if you wanted a truck to fit, Peterbilt. Drove a Hayes Clipper cabover back when. Now it's getting more difficult to tell one from another. Kind of like new cars.
