    Any company only hiring students and not exp drivers , beware of them. There is a reason for it. Exp drivers don't put up with the company nonsense that inexp drivers will put up with. Just a fact.

    And to me that would be another reason not to go to celadon. 4 weeks out is insane. Seems they are headed for hard times and are starting to lose the title of " One of the better companies " .

    I AGREE completely. That can be said about most any type of employment, transportation or otherwise. "You have to start somewhere. Though you don't have to start off on the wrong foot. That first step should be made with a great deal of caution and an open (yet aware) mind." "Research, Education and Perseverance. With those, you could squeeze a bit of juice from a seed and within time your cup will fill." Could anyone imagine what could have been avoided in the past had you had access to such information as this forum years ago!? You have to love technology!
