So I've got a little over a year experience, half OTR (quit @ 6 months because of staying out for basically no money) and half local. I wanted to do LTL when I quit OTR but they all required 1 year exp. I now have 13 months and all my endorsements. I live in ATL and pretty much every LTL besides UPS is hiring for Road drivers (linehaul which is what I'm interested in). I've narrowed it down to FXF, OD, and Estes... not sure which one is better for my area. Anyone have any thoughts or experience working with any of these carriers in ATL?

I’d say OD would be the best of the three.

Heck, even Saii isnt Bad Hit 7 to 10 docks, then 5 or 7 pick ups.My old company "farmed me out to them ,acouple days here &there....When Rodney needed R&R.Pro sticker on each pallet, hit a series of docks (usuallt close together) then do pu"s ,bring er back to terminal &dump (drop) trailer in a door.Piece of cake 40 -45 hours a week.8am to 5pm .Organized, clean place not much stress,(that I could see)?

Out of those three choices I would go with Old Dominion.

I just got on with estes doing linehual and I have just over 1 year of experience. I would recommend them so far. But like others have said you can't go wrong with OD.
