Old unpaid-serious traffic ticket

Exactly what I was thinking. Especially this (And some cajun food) that was perfect. Also wondering what OP is saying about his licenses being upgradeable. Doesn't seem like the typical one hit wonder that happens all the time. I truely hope he finds a way 2 work this out and share the experience. I am willing 2 bet a lot of us have made similar mistakes and just need good advice.

Sounds like State Babble for being "Allowed" to get a CDL, RV or whatever in the future.

With that kind of a ticket hanging over my head I should be standing against peek view at the door all night, every night with a shotgun waiting for the Law to come get me and bury me under the jail.

Forget the up-gradable part for the time being.

Courts have a way of making all of your life stop until that Judge bangs the hammer onto his gavel or the bench. Then time and future is permitted to proceed. (Slight sarcasm) IF there is one.

A dear friend a long time ago used to tell in his own way of a Judge sick of his workload and over stressed along with the rest in mid trial swing his hammer or gavel.

Bang.

That wakes up the Judge and after the echoing boom finishes two little words come out of the Judge. "Oh &^%$!"

(Meaning he screwed up now and the defendant goes free, cannot be tried twice.) Maybe it pleases the Courts not to try things twice.

I know you’re half kidding but it’s not true. I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been. It’s hard staying in shape on the road but you can do it if it’s important to you.
