    I'm near Cedar City, UT right now. The prickey pear in this area lost it's spines for som odd reason.

    They aren't laying on the ground so they didn't fall off...

    It's a safer place or there is something worse lurking around that can suck the spines off a cactus...

    72 hours after being attacked by a cactus in a Rambo style ambush, I'm still picking needles / stickers out of my legs.

    I was stalked and then attacked by watermelon at the beach today. Icy cold piece after piece fought me...it was like the Germans going through Belgium. Oh the horror.

    You know the white glue trick? Probably, if your a desert dweller. :)

    Spread glue around the area thick and let it dry so it pulls out the needles when you pull it off.

    Yesterday as I was driving along, the sky grew DARK, it started pouring rain, truck started shaking so violently the cat fell off the dash, I was going "Hang on kitties I think it might be The Resurrection!"

    And then I drove by a sign that said 'Welcome to Indiana'.
