    I start orientation on Feb 16. I will be stating as an E-2. Can anyone tell me how the company is and what I have to look forward to. I want to get as much information as I can.

    TMC...I hope you like running over your hours to deliver on time ,and have a fondness for sleeping without heat in winter or AC in summer . TMC is The flatbed version of CR .England , but with black/chrome Peterbilts .

    They weren't quite that bad. They had their quirks but i got along fine. Til they canned me over the phone without bothering to give me a good reason, still waiting on it by the way... LOL
