They lack trainers because they team train up to two months from what I've heard. You'd be better going to Schneider or even Swift. Maybe check out Knight too.

Thank you for that. I was told today that with my experience level I shouldn't need a trainer. All I came here not knowing was how to work the #### quallcomm. I know how to do that now. I want to drive already. I'm tired of this sit and wait crap

Ah, that's right. In that case Schneider definitely. They spend two weeks in the classroom doing Qualcomm stuff. Only a week OTR. I'm having trouble deciding between Swift and SNI atm. Leaning towards Swift because they can get me into orientation just up in the city. SNI want to fly me out of state to Phoenix.

Observation. It’s funny how u can come on here where the drivers are and describe a simple problem. In 2 mins everyone agrees with you that you should go. You cannot find that true honesty out there in their world of corporate culture.

    I have a question...

If you have 11 months experience, why are you at Werner for orientation? Why are people talking about Swift and Schneider to you? You can be left alone for 2 hours and play with a qualcomm and figure out how to work one.

Yeah, and Swift and Schneider don't have APU's, but Navajo Express does and so does Freymiller.

Part of the problem with trainers @ werner is that they won't go on-duty observation time to finished the hours needed. Or they don't let student eaither , Trainers like to keep the students longer. New student have a night curfew can't drive from 12-6 . So by keeping old students longer the trainer gets more mileage from the students.
