There must be some sort of app or program that helps fill in invoices to send carriers/brokers (probably PDF format & you can obtain electronic signatures on)?
Is there an app or program that helps with invoicing/billing?

I came across this and have not tried it yet. Maybe someone else has used it. App called LOADPAL. Looks like it might work.
RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this. -
I created an Excel spreadsheet. Let me know if you are interested and I can try to send that to you.
3Peter7bilt9 and RussianBearTruckeR Thank this. -
I appreciate that, I can go a google spreadsheet & add company logo, I'm curious if there's something where you basically can plug+play & instantly email for signature or BOL quickly.
So far for tech I have:
Truckloads, Trucker Path, KeepTruckin, BigRoad, WeatherChannel (radar is killer!), Dat, GasBuddy, Ticket Clinic, Weight My truck, CamScanner, TeamCme physicals....)The invoicing is the one thing that I feel there's gotta be something for simplified invoicing...A bada bing - input input - bada boom - wait 30 days but still get my cannoli!Bookhacker Thanks this. -
Thanks! I see that's in the google play store - Yes, please if anyone has used this app, honest feedback - especially criticism of something the app lacks would be helpful to gather more info...blairandgretchen and Siinman Thank this.

Introducing Loadpal - seems its apart of MicroSoft - $60/month fee - - a bit steep but maybe worth it?
-
LoadPal would be around $720/yr - you can probably add an extra $1k to your own salary to lower your companies salary for this admin fee on top of driver pay... You can always plug in the numbers into a spreadsheet, save as PDF & email at no cost but your time... @zmster2033 may make more sense to just prepare your spreadsheet & do it manually...Siinman Thanks this.

I would agree. A little expensive but if it really is faster it might be worth it. Has a 30 day trial that I may mess with just to see if it works any better.RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this.

Check out invoicehome.com

I'm using quickbooks (with memorized template) and after each load I'm opening template, fill up required information such as broker name (saved previously with AP email), origin city, delivery city, load confirmation number and amount and hit email. This works great and fast enough to me, but I'm not that fancy to have deducted program just for invoicing.
RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this.
