Not a chance in hell!
I had one instance of bodily fluids being left. Politely pulled the driver aside and cautioned next time it would be on managements desk. He thought O was kidding and so apparently did the OPS. They are both gone now
MilkyJay and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this. -
Mine was in an Arby's cup left in cleaning kit caddy. So, ya he knew. I asked an ops manager what am I supposed to do about this, he said throw it away. I should of brought into office and disposed of it in the receptical next to his desk.
joshuapowell61 and 06driver Thank this. -

At my 1.5 year associate contact, I told the manager I was talking to that it's usually the long time drivers that have gotten very relaxed and entitled that have the worst trucks.
He told me, "Really, because I always hear it's the other way around."
I said, "No sir, I am the one down there actually in and out of trucks every week. I am telling you what happens."
Blink. Blink. Stare.
Old guys #####ing about new guys has gotten pretty old for me. I've even heard that "Us old guys don't get the longer trips because it's cheaper to send the new guys out there instead."
Really? Because last I knew most of our LONG trips were going to dedicated because GTM loves his metrics and ROC doesn't like the deadhead percentages the long trips cause.
Honestly I have zero problem with a complaint if it's valid. If it's just primma donna whining, save that crap. -
Begs the question, give a man a truck let him keep the #### thing.
All this musical truck BS. No wonder wally is all screwed up... -
They say the need the trucks running as much as possible because they're so expensive.
Then they buy and lease buttloads of them every year.
If they're that badly priced (and they are), don't you want them lasting as long as possible? -
I'm fairly certain that the warranty and lease together make a better financial proposition than buying outright and keeping them forever.
-
They buy some, and lease some.
