Don't Drive Melton

I have to confess something. This is one of the threads I read that convinced me to go to Melton 2 years ago. I love this thread. It cracked me up then and it still does.

I worked for Melton, and you are more full of B.S than my cattle trailer after feeding time of the cattle i haul. I worked for Melton some years back, and there were several women drivers, and African Americans, Hispanic (Latinos), and white people. Maybe there are underlying issue in certain aspects of your CDL, Driving record, experience, and so forth. Slavery, ended over two hundred years ago. Stop using that as a crutch, for other issues in your life. Maybe certain companies have higher standards than others, and you may possess disqualifying issues the company will not overlook.

You guys realize the OP posted this over 2 years ago right? I sure they’ve moved on since.

 

Melton should start a campaign to hire trans people. Then you wouldn’t know if it was a man or woman. Lawsuit avoided, win win.

 

You would know because they would constantly tell you. And don't be wrong if they haven't yet.
