Recession or Depression?

Well, homeowners losing their homes, jobs being lost that cannot be replaced,big businesses folding for good,people that now cannot find any work,the government scrambling to fix the dam before it bursts,people going into moral dpression due to the situation, foreign nations losing financial and economical ground,and the only solution that our prez has is to print cash and bail out the top dogs first,while peolple in america are wondering when they will lose their jobs/homes and end up at the soup line and live in the car till it's repoed.....I would say we are pretty #### close to that edge if not already on the inside line about to collapse, which..some say is good as a way to start from zero,but the damage that will be done to the people will be irreperable.....
this is just my opinion.....
I have no debt,I have a 24 yo car,and unlike some out there, the floor for me is really close.....so the impact won't hurt as much for me.....

they have, they are the modern day politicians of our time that tax us and have us build their cities with the labor and sweat of the common worker......
This is a great country,it was meant to be that since the day the founding fathers
decided to break free from the english crown....but again, the politicians have run it to their favor,sure there are alot of things we have that 100+ years ago we didn't,
the media has helped expose what they really are....can you believe that I heard that NY is going to impose an "obesity tax"??? on products that are not diet or healthy related, then the fat politicians ought to be taxed to the hilt for this.....
I bet they would get skinny fast,knowing that each bite would lessen the $$ from their pockets, but oh wait, do they really have to pay taxes? or are they exempt
due to temporary stupidity,that makes them forget the $30-$100,000 they forgot to pay?
But we now have a messiah president that forgives these -minor- tresspasses.Let me inform you, any regular schmuck on the street would immediately be escorted to CLUB FED asap...being that the schmuck is not the presidents freind or cabinet member.Go ahead, forget to pay what you owe the IRS,our modern version of Hitlers Gestapo, and see where you end up, I think they even took willie nelsons last joint when they cleaned him out for back taxes.....what a piss.
America is and was once great, and can be again, but we need to send all the politicians to "gitmo" for some reconditioning.They are like terrorists and rapists, willing to plow it into you for a profit. IMO.

 

A good question was asked, when the mafia and Al Capone didn't pay taxes..they called it "Tax Evasion"...and of to alcatraz they went. But when these politicians today don't pay taxes.....it's written off by our new president as an "honest" mistake. Really? So I can use the same excuse as these bigshots do? No, I nor you can, and the IRS will ream us to the full extent of thier power.
It is politics as usual in DC......the rich and powerfull watching out for themselves.
I wonder what the "little people" that voted for Obama might be thinking now....a politician is a politician no matter how eloquently he/she speaks, no matter the color or race of the person either.Leona Helmsley must be laughing in her grave!
The little people of this country will pay the taxes and bear the yolk of burden that is placed on them by the government and the president.
I am not an -alarmist nor a doom and gloom sayer- but look at what is happening and tell me and those that read these threads that I am not right to say all this.
I hope that he does some of what he said he would do, but for such a glory seat, I quess that any promise is better than no promises at all..........IMO.
