Is there an app or program that helps with invoicing/billing?

Quick books. It will do ANYTHING you need. But you may need a qb person to set it up. But it's the best (mine and my accounts opinion) book keeping software out there.

 

Has anyone used TruckerSphere?

 

I'm using Trucking Office for my bookkeeping and IFTA recording. I don't need invoicing but it will make them automatically based on load info I put in.

It looks like it ties into quick books. Do you use it that way? Wonder how hard to get it set up? How do you like the features? The little video didn’t really show anything.

 

I have not tied it into QuickBooks. I've just recently started using it and even I don't know/use all the features. Lol. I just thought it was about the most complete and simplest program, specially for the cost.

 

I have an older Macbook that has Numbers and Pages (similar to Excel on Windows). I made my first invoice yesterday using the native template from the main menu. It had been 2 weeks on a load with a broker I signed up for Quickpay with and I forgot about it. I called to see why I had not been paid and they said they require an invoice even after you are set up with Quickpay. ????? That's the first of 4-5 Quickpays I've set up that requires this. Waste of time but hopefully my basic invoice gets me paid.
