I am having a problem with 2006 Sterling Truck when I turn the lights or heat on all the gauges go crazy. any advice? -
Usually bad grounds or starving for power due a bad connection will cause this. I don't work on Sterlings too much. You would be better to ask this in the Freightliner section.

I know this is same old thread
But the message center in dash has this
I would like to know what it means
128:F 14
PID084_A
2007 9400I
C15 Cat -
The LCD display in 9000 and 5000 series is not a code reader and it doesn't display fault codes. What you are seeing are fault messages, not fault codes. That is more like engineering data and digital information received on the datalink. That is not a fault code that can be properly searched. If you have a check engine light then you need to connect a proper scan tool to it.

I knew u said it was a message center I have beep in dash no fault code no light

heavyd.......my temp gauge is pointing a 6 clock so does that mean my coolant sensor is bad? thanks
-
Or could be wiring. 6 oclock is the gauge telling you it is getting faulty data.
