Thermo King. I just have a hunch it's the compressor.

Wish I could help with that but I've never known anyone who did anything other than throw money at a Thermoking. There's one in my shop that we constantly trip over because nobody wants to mount it on a truck and deal with it.

    That's most encouraging. Thanks.

I think it's the compressor. But like I said, I have the warranty parts and labor right on the invoice.

Why fix it once, when you can fix it two or three times?

When the guy took it apart originally, he said the high pressure hose had come off the compressor.

    So we'll see.

    sawmill and jsnell Thank this.

Mine just took a dump, t'was a miserable trip because the truck A/C only works up to 90. I have mine narrowed down to the condenser fan that's blowing it's fuse(TK tripac.)

    Good Luck!

Search the forum for my thread on APU fans. My $60 fan from Advance Auto is still going strong.

Why does the truck only go down to 90?

I don't know. There's high pressure on the low side and it works great in 90 deg. and high humidity, but I've been running the central valley in CA to TX lately and it just flat gives up over 100.
