So my student got off my truck yday, and today got pulled over right outside Budweiser for an inspection lol passed it though so hopefully that DOT officer thats been camping out outside Budweiser for awhile now will leave us the #### alone.

Hes regional so no Opie. Budweiser will be a regular place for him since he lives in Bloomington/Normal

 

So they brought me a replacement truck Monday afternoon. Drove down to Plano and picked up an empty but no loads. Found yet another Illinois rest area to spend the night (They're gonna start charging me rent) and got a load of pet food going from DSC Logistics in University Park to Chewy in Dallas. DSC took forever so after I got loaded and scaled I had just enough time to make it to Ina. All the parking in and around Love's was full so I ended up spending yet another night in an Illinois rest area. Delivered and got a reload of beer from Miller, dropped it in Albany and now the last I heard I'm #4 on the list for a load.

I really need to fire my GPS. The first time I had load coming from Texas to Albany she brought me a sensible way, which was take 280 from Opelika southeast into GA then grab 82 to Albany. This time she had me run 82 all the way from Alabama....and that routing suuuuuucks. I didn't realize that she was bringing me a different way until it was really too late to do anything about it. So I rode it out. Worst mistake I've made all week.
