Finally got a chance to mess with this fan running all the time issue. We checked the fuse and it is good swapped out fan relay with another with no change We tested the fan solenoid with key on and read 4 volts should be 12 any help. Thanks guys.

Sounds like you have a voltage drop. Corrosion or bad connection somewhere.

It does have a check engine light on. Don't know what it is though, maybe because the engine never got up to operating temp until I installed new thermostats. Would the check engine light have any thing to do with it? Thanks.

Nope it's where it should be. Some does come out the puke hose sometimes though.

Supply it w/12 bolts from another source and test drive. That might work really don’t know worth a shot. My coolant sensor plug was bad it played tricks on me for 2 yrs every time it got wet truck wash bad rainstorm it shutoff unplug it and it ran till it dried out then shutdown plug in ran. Finally figured out the air from fan made it wiggle and broke the wire or crimp Check wiring and plug especially near heat.
