You could have popped the bottom gap in hitting it with your hand. Trust me, Ryder wouldn’t have ever noticed the small scratches, especially truck mirrors scraping trees all the time.

Hell that's nothing... This is what I did on Monday... From my mirror this looked like a bumper next to the dock... Not a GIANT piece of iron that sticks out 18 inches from the dock!

2 more inches to the right and I'd have missed it. I seriously thought I was on the dock until I walked back to check that I was square with it... Then I felt about 2 inches tall when I saw what I had hit. I was square by the way. -

I have no idea... There is nothing there that it would be protecting... Unless they put it there so they can sit inside and watch on the security cameras and laugh as unsuspecting drivers back into it and f up their trailer.Tb0n3 Thanks this.
