When my husband and I had to run hard our schedule started at around 4 - 5 pm. He would start out and I would take over in the morning around 3 - 4 am. These timed fluctuated a little. It was easier for me to be tired when there was daylight.
We have basically kept these hours but most times I’m up at 3 or 4 waiting for receiving to open because I’m used to these hours. I get ready, have breakfast, read ttr. -
