How many of you remember when a 13/15 speed controls were all on the top of the shifter? 3 position button. Not range shifter on the shaft and splitter on the handle but all three on the handle? Loved it, would love to have it back but I'll tell ya, these automated shifters are nice once you get used to them. A little more thinking in how to use them. The auto shifters will do more than manuals if you know what you're doing.

 

Talking about shifters. What’s up with the shifters being as tall as eye level?
This supposed to be cool or am I missing something?
I think it looks dumb as heck.
I equate it to forking your bicycle when I was a kid.
Unless there’s a reason I can’t see.

Good BBQ ribs here at Winchesters Restaurant and Saloon. I had the 18 oz ribeye last time, rare, and was awesome. Decided to try the ribs this time and while good, not the best I've had. Brought dinner back to my truck cause there were a couple drunks gettin loud at the bar,,,, Goobr exit left.
Ribs must have been better than I thought,,, woke up this morning, put on my glasses and a big smudge of sauce on them. Lolz,,,,,

 

Either sounds good ribs or steak

 

It's all cool until the rotator cuff tendinitis kicks in.

 

I've thought about trying to come up with a way to make a shift extender for the autoshifters, at least for the trucks that have them on the console. Why? For the silliness factor.
