    I disagree. It was 2 very successful companies that were ruined by Yellow getting too greedy.

    well, if you think for a moment that Roadway wasn't in the same league as Yellow, you'd be misinformed. As a matter of fact, Roadway was bigger than Yellow (look it up).
    Yellow screwed the whole thing and it too nearly 20 years to put it back together. It was a bad, bad deal for everyone.
