Gotta disagree on the R model, they’re a cool truck and deserve respect but I never enjoyed driving one.

 

Add Chevelles with Merlin big blocks, Judges who get you out of tickets, and dogs that load hopper bottoms.

 

Sounds like the plot for a comedic movie is in the making

 

Hey JD, did you see the video of that bridge hit in Houston? Looks like a stretch rgn with some sort of platform on it that brings the well up level with the rear deck. And then they have a boom truck stacked on top.

Well, at least that’s what it looks like to me.

 

Back in the early 80s my dad’s half brother C.T. Arnold came by our house in Memphis. He was in a B61 Integral sleeper, it looked like an old truck back then. He lived in Cincinnati and ran the 48 with his wife. I wouldn’t be surprised if that truck is still running. Looked like this but dark green.

 

Yeah he's going to run it but he wants to go through it first and restore it. This could take some time if he does it right.
