How about this company that has local work in NYC or teams to the west coast hauling produce.
Lily Transportation - does hire new cdl graduates, even though the ads usually state "experience required." In fact, it's "experience preferred" not "required."

    Hello everyone
Thanks for everyone's responses. It really open my eyes what numbers to expect working as a company driver after a couple years of experience.

I have just over 3 years experience. As of today I have grossed $38k on the year so far. I should hit around $60k by years end.

I'm not too far behind $35k so far. November marks 2 years that I have acquired my class A

I’ve only been at my current job a couple months, regional heavy haul, out Monday-Friday, home weekends, and my take home is roughly $900-$1,000 a week.

Package it any way you like averages are about the same. Pay is what it takes to fill the seats. Main thing is look at bottom line. Take home pay and how the job works for your life situation. I would rather work for less money and be happy.

    Chinatown and JReding Thank this.
