Quick thanks to all on this post, it's a huge help to me as I'm trying to find a good ride that's willing to train me. Roehl drivers seem like a good bunch to be hooked up with, and I hope Roehl takes a liking to me this next week.
Got a few questions myself that I hope someone can answer:
How much weight does past credit history have on Roehl hiring? (mine's not that bad, but not great either - I've been digging - and I mean scraping - for pay for 8 years now, and it shows on my credit reports)
What do they look for in a new-hire the most? (hoping it's ability to get the job done well safely; willingness to learn and progress; a clean driving, civil and military record; and a desire to help others in need - that's what I've got going forward as I see it)
Thanks again and much respect to you -
What can I expect at ROEHL orientation
