Went to the Eau Claire big rig show last night and here’s a little of what I seen. I’m a little partial to the older iron. I can see new stuff anytime

You know what you won’t see in 30 years? That KW T660 which will have long disintegrated. That 9670, 352, 359, W9 etc will all still be in service. Old iron is the best!

I have budds on three trucks, hub pilot on trailers. I feel that stud pilot might be harder on wheels, but it seems that the centering of the wheel is more accurate with stud pilot.

I think you’re right, they make a bushing that goes over the stud to center the wheel. Never tried them but would like to.1951 ford, snowman_w900, Feedman and 12 others Thank this.

If I didn't run over the road quite a bit still I would keep my budds hands down. I just worry about getting it hard deep and dry out on the road with a cracked wheel etc.
I know this bunch left it loose and caused the melee to begin with. That's what flamed my ### when Gomer wanted to give me the safety speech. (Btw he was putting it on when I said hold up let's clean those mating surfaces cause I don't want another loose wheel and found the crack on the inside only).Al.
