    I have a wandering with intent to cell cds my lawyer said it's not a drug will i pass a hazmat fingerprint

    “Wandering”, whatever alleged crime that may translate to in whatever jurisdiction, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. At least that’s what I can gather.

    The question is with that on the OP’s record will he still pass the TSA background check for a hazmat endorsement.
